Booking rooms and time slots is for Hermits players only. It is not for the general public.
Hermits players are members and those who regularly play at Hermits, such as Tuesday morning
people, Highdale, and others.
Booking rooms and time slots for using the Hermits premises is very important.
ALL uses of the Hermits premises must be booked in advance, including for activities other than table tennis. Signing in and out must continue as it provides important Contact Tracing information. Contact Tracing has not stopped.
How to book a table
1. View the existing bookings to check that the room/time you want is available.
2. Phone one of the following to book it:-

or just phone one of the above.
IMPORTANT
Always book in advance, even if it's at the last minute.
Whenever you go to the club, always sign in and sign out,
and make sure that everyone who is with you does the same.
Signing-in/out sheets are in the room that you use.
ADVICE
Continue to clean the table before use. Cleaning materials are still being provided.
Continue to keep the room doors open to create airflow.
